Because many Frog & Crystal creations are handcrafted or energetically prepared individually, certain orders may require additional preparation time.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, seasonal periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Store Credit
Returns are currently accepted for pieces within The Intention Series only.
Custom creations and special collections — including The Atelier Collection, The Sukha Edition, The Oracle Line, and selected limited releases — are considered final sale.
Approved returns are issued as store credit only for future Frog & Crystal purchases. Cash refunds and exchanges are not available.

7. Product Care & Use
Our creations are crafted from natural crystal and delicate materials.
To preserve their appearance and structural integrity, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, extreme heat, or physical impact.
