4. How do I cleanse or recharge my crystal?
We recommend gentle cleansing rituals such as moonlight, sage smoke, sound resonance, or quiet moments of intention.
Because every crystal is naturally unique, avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged exposure to water unless otherwise noted.
5. Can I wear my bracelet every day?
Absolutely. Frog & Crystal pieces are designed to become part of your daily rhythm.
To preserve both the material and its natural luster, we recommend removing your bracelet before bathing, swimming, or intense physical activity.
6. Where can I learn more about each crystal?
Each product page includes details about the crystal’s origin, design inspiration, energetic symbolism, and intended resonance.

How do I choose the right bracelet size?
Wrap a measuring tape gently around your wrist and select the closest size from our guide.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up slightly for a more natural and comfortable fit.
Because sizing availability varies by collection, we kindly encourage measuring carefully before placing your order.
💡 Tip:
If you do not have a measuring tape at home, you can also use a ruler to measure the approximate length and width of your wrist. Adding the two numbers together and multiplying by 2 can provide a helpful estimate for your bracelet size.
2. Do you offer resizing or repair services?
Repair and resizing services are currently available exclusively through in-person visits at our New Jersey studio.
At this time, we do not offer repair services by mail.
Our standard repair service — including bracelet restringing and full energetic cleansing — begins at $39.
If replacement accents or additional components are required, pricing may vary depending on the materials used.
3. Which collections are eligible for resizing or repair?
The Intention Series and The Sukha Edition are designed as One Size collections, with each bracelet carefully balanced according to its specific energetic intention.
For this reason, resizing is not available for pieces within these collections, and we kindly recommend measuring carefully before placing your order.
Other collections — including The Atelier Collection, The Oracle Line, and Limited Edition Collection — are handcrafted as custom pieces based on your exact wrist measurements or individually created around your personal energy intention.
These collections are eligible for resizing and repair services through our NJ studio.
4. What if my bracelet breaks?
While crystal bracelets are delicate by nature, many believe a broken bracelet may also carry energetic meaning.
Sometimes, it can symbolize the completion of an energetic cycle — as though the piece has quietly carried, protected, or released something on your behalf.
You may choose to keep the crystals safely in their original box, or gently return them to the Earth by placing them in soil.
If you feel a strong emotional connection to the piece, you are also welcome to bring it to our New Jersey studio, where we can perform a full cleansing and restoration ritual before returning it to you.

The Atelier Collection and Limited Edition Collection can be handcrafted according to your exact wrist measurements, allowing each piece to feel naturally aligned with the wearer.
For a deeper and more personal experience, The Oracle Line represents the highest expression of our private creation process.
Each Oracle piece is shaped through energetic interpretation and intuitively selected crystals — aligned with the information you provide and the path it reveals.
If birth details are shared, clients may also receive a personalized Oracle Report featuring energetic insights, intuitive reflections, and crystal recommendations chosen specifically to support their personal journey and reconnection.

Frog & Crystal is a crystal jewelry studio devoted to natural energy, intentional craftsmanship, and wearable meaning.
Born from the meeting of motion and stillness, the brand reflects a philosophy of transformation, harmony, and reconnection.
The frog — a messenger between water and land — symbolizes renewal and intuition.

Yes. Every piece arrives in our signature Frog & Crystal box, thoughtfully prepared for both gifting and personal collection.
2. Where do you ship from?
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our New Jersey studio in the United States.
Each piece is packaged with intention and care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
3. How long will shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Domestic U.S. delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
A tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped.
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or energetically prepared individually, certain orders may require additional preparation time.
4. Do you ship internationally?
International shipping outside of Canada and Mexico may be available depending on the destination and collection.

5. Can I return or exchange my bracelet?
Returns are accepted for pieces within The Intention Series only.
Eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and items must remain unworn and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, returns may also be completed through an in-person visit at our New Jersey studio without additional return fees.
Because each bracelet is individually cleansed and energetically prepared before shipment, exchanges are not accepted.
Custom and special collections — including The Atelier Collection, The Sukha Edition, and The Oracle Line — are considered final sale.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
