For One Size bracelets, resizing isn’t available — please measure carefully before ordering.
For custom pieces, each bracelet is handcrafted to your exact measurements and energy intention.
We currently don’t provide repair services. Though crystals are durable, they’re sensitive to impact — remove before workouts or sleep.
If the string breaks, we encourage welcoming a new piece, as the previous one may have completed its energy journey with you.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom pieces or limited editions are final sale.
All refunds will be issued as store credit only.
