Shipping, Returns & Policies

Order Processing

Each Frog & Crystal piece is prepared with intention and care.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days(Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Because many of our creations are handcrafted or energetically prepared individually, certain orders may require additional preparation time before shipment.

Custom Orders

Custom creations and special collections may require additional preparation time.

Pieces within The Atelier Collection, The Oracle Line, and select Limited Edition Collection designs are individually handcrafted according to your measurements, energetic intention, or Oracle interpretation.

For Oracle creations, intuitively selected crystals and personalized energetic preparation are part of the process, allowing each piece to remain deeply personal to its wearer.

Estimated preparation timelines will be shared whenever applicable.

Domestic U.S. Shipping

Domestic U.S. delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

All orders are shipped from our New Jersey studio and include tracking once dispatched.

For certain remote locations or seasonal periods, transit times may vary slightly.

International Shipping

At this time, most of our products are available within the United States, including Canada and Mexico.

International delivery outside these regions may be available for selected custom creations depending on destination, materials, and collection availability.

Packaging & Presentation

Every Frog & Crystal order is carefully packaged in our signature presentation box.

Whether intended as a personal keepsake or a meaningful gift, each piece is prepared to reflect the quiet beauty and intentional spirit of the brand.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

If you have any questions regarding your order or delivery status, we are always happy to assist.

Each Frog & Crystal piece is individually inspected, energetically cleansed, and thoughtfully prepared before shipment to ensure it arrives in its intended condition — both physically and energetically.

For reasons of product integrity, energetic preparation, and hygiene, we do not offer exchanges.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only, which may be applied toward future Frog & Crystal purchases.

Cash refunds are not available.

Return Eligibility

Returns are currently accepted for pieces within The Intention Series only.

Custom creations and special collections — including The Atelier Collection, The Sukha Edition, The Oracle Line, and selected limited releases — are considered final sale.

To request a return, please contact us at: oracle@frogandcrystal.com within 14 days of delivery, before sending any item back to our studio.

Your order number
Product name
Reason for return

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

Returns may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

The item remains unworn, unused, and in its original packaging
All tags and proof of purchase are included
The bracelet has not been resized, restrung, repaired, or modified
The item has not undergone external cleansing, washing, or energetic treatment after delivery
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery and approved by our team

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

Custom creations and special collections
Pieces fromThe Atelier Collection,The Sukha Edition,The Oracle Line, or selected limited releases
Items purchased through promotional offers or special discounts
Worn, damaged, altered, or externally cleansed items
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval
Orders refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties or customs fees

Because every natural crystal carries unique textures, colors, and patterns formed by the Earth, slight variations are considered part of the material’s natural character and are not treated as defects.

Return Process

Email oracle@frogandcrystal.com within 14 days of delivery
If eligible, we will provide return authorization instructions
Once the item arrives at our studio and passes inspection, store credit will be issued accordingly

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for all approved returns, as Frog & Crystal is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
